Rick Loria is the Founder and Managing Member of MPS LORIA Financial Planners, LLC. As the Managing Member, Rick is responsible for day to day firm supervision and strategic growth development. He is also a Senior Financial Advisor providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients and takes pride in building strong client relationships.
Rick graduated from Michigan State University and proceeded to complete the College for Financial Planning CFP Professional Education program. He has been in the industry for over 25 years and holds an extensive list of securities related licenses. Rick has gained expertise in multiple planning disciplines as well as in-depth industry knowledge and experience.
Outside of the office, Rick spends all his free time with his wife Beth and their five children. Beyond his family, Rick is most passionate about the firm where he devotes his full time and attention.

Mike Pauritsch is a Member of MPS LORIA and a Senior Financial Advisor. He is well versed in tax and estate planning coupled with investment management. Mike has over 40 years of experience in the accounting industry and over 30 years in the financial planning industry. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his fields of study, and simplifies difficult topics by using life experiences.
Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He is a member of The Rotary Club for over 40 years and has received the Lifetime Achievement award for his participation and leadership and sharing his time and talents with individuals and organizations that are less fortunate. In this regard, he has also donated his time and efforts to Nazareth Academy in La Grange Park and the Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce. Mike enjoys spending time with family and visiting with his grandchildren, he also enjoys golfing, traveling & volunteering.

Pat Wallace joined MPS LORIA as a Benefits Consultant in 2006. He has been involved in the Group Benefits industry for over 40 years, starting as an Underwriter for fully insured group medical, self funded stop loss, group life, dental and group disability. He also worked in a sales role for a large, national third party benefits administrator. With his extensive knowledge in the field and as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) he is able to properly assist employers with the design and purchase of functional and cost effective employee benefit programs.
Pat graduated from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a BS in Management. He and his wife, Nancy have been married for over 40 years. They have three children who have worked and studied hard to establish their own careers, as well as start families of their own, with six terrific grandchildren so far. Pat and Nancy enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.

Chris Kyros is a Financial Advisor who has received his Accredited Investment Fiduciary or (AIF®) certification and is also a licensed insurance agent. Chris has been with MPS LORIA since 2006 where he has evolved from a Group Benefits Consultant into his current role as a Financial Advisor.
His background serves him well in taking a holistic approach to advising clients on their investment and financial needs. Additionally, his experience in group benefits provides important insight into needs such as Medicare and group insurance planning.
Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and his Master’s Degree from DePaul University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathy and their two children. Outside of the office he can usually be found training with his kids in martial arts or jogging on a local footpath.

Ken Daemicke joined the firm in 1999 as a Financial Advisor. He assists individual and corporate clients with investment management recommendations and implementation. Ken applies a disciplined approach to help clients achieve financial security as part of long range planning. He believes the greatest formula for personal success is to help others achieve success and takes pride in watching client’s enthusiasm when they acknowledge their long-term goals are being attained.
Ken received his BS in accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant holding Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is a licensed life and health insurance producer. He has received a number of recognition awards for years of leadership in several professional, nonprofit and local community organizations. He has also served 10 years on the board of his local YMCA and is heavily involved with the regional West Suburban Chamber of Commerce. Ken enjoys spending quality time with his family and close friends. For over 30 years, he has been pursuing his love for long distance running and has completed 25 marathons (and counting).

Phil Salvador is one of the founding Members of MPS LORIA. Phil has over forty years of experience in the public accounting industry. During his career, Phil has provided consulting services to growth-oriented enterprises focusing on business advisory services.
Phil graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also received his Master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul University. Phil is a member of a wide range of professional and civic organizations including Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS), American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), St. Michael Parish (Finance Committee Member), Providence Catholic High School (Finance Committee Member), Palos Community Hospital (Board Member and Finance Committee Chair) Kiwanis Club of Orland Park (Member), Orland Park Chamber of Commerce (Member) Midlothian Country Club (Finance Chair), St. George Foundation (Finance Chair).
Phil and his wife, Barb reside in Orland Park, IL and enjoy spending time with their family.

Ed Mulcahy is one of the founding Members of MPS LORIA. Ed has over forty-five years of experience in the public accounting industry during which he provided consulting, planning and advisory services to individuals and owners of closely held businesses.
Ed graduated from St. Joseph’s College, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago. He has held numerous leadership roles in a wide range of civic and charitable organizations and is currently serving as Board Chairman of the St. George Corporation Foundation which is a private foundation supporting local healthcare initiatives.
Ed and his wife, Maureen, currently reside in Naples, FL and continues to spend a part of each year in their residence in Orland Park, IL.

Sue Carson joined MPS LORIA in 2000 as an Administrative Associate. She has advanced within the firm to Senior Client Service Manager. Sue works with clients on advanced service needs for their accounts and leads our client service team training program. Sue as been in the financial planning industry for over 25 years and takes pride in her attention to detail and ability to assist clients in an efficient manner.
She lives in the western suburbs and enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling and health and fitness.

Colleen Allison began working for MPS LORIA in 2003 as an Administrative Associate. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial planning industry and is currently working as an Senior Client Service Manager. Colleen provides personalized assistance to clients and focuses on their individual needs to efficiently handle requests.
Colleen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a BSBA in Marketing and previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator at a large Chicago firm. Colleen is a member of Delta Sigma Pi International Business Fraternity and Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, daughters, Mary Jane and Abby and their dog, Lilly. Colleen is also an avid follower of Big East College Basketball and the Chicago Bears.

Kelley Jansa has been with MPS LORIA for over 15 years, she started as an Administrative Associate and has worked her way to her current role of Senior Operations Manager. Kelley performs many critical tasks for the firm. As Senior Operations Manager she coordinates with our team and our vendors/support systems to ensure our internal network stays up to date. She leads our Operations team which includes handling the management of our office, billing and reporting. She is also the head of our Compliance department and our Procedure Development and Implementation team so that MPS LORIA can assist clients as efficiently as possible.
On a personal side, Kelley enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Ashley and their dog, Johnny.

Jill Rakowiecki is an experienced Senior Client Service Associate with MPS LORIA. In addition to varied firm responsibilities, Jill focuses her time on fulfilling client needs and making sure everything is properly coordinated with the client’s lead Advisor. Jill is passionate about assisting clients and making sure their needs are met.
Jill resides in the south suburbs and enjoys spending time outdoors and watching the Chicago Bears. She is also a nature and wildlife lover and spends time cleaning up local parks and donates to World Wildlife Federation and the National Wildlife Federation.

Courtney Epstein has over 10 years of experience in many aspects of business and customer service. Within MPS LORIA she currently serves the role of an Operations Associate. A core focus for Courtney is assisting with the maintenance, coordination and implementation of the internal systems within the firm. She is also a member of our Compliance department and Procedure Development and Implementation team.
Outside of the firm Courtney enjoys reading and spending time at home with her husband, Dave and their cat, Kira.

Mandy Prestianni is an Administrative Associate at MPS LORIA, focused on many aspects of firm operations. With over 20 years of experience in operations she has a solid foundation to help support the needs of the firm. She currently supports our Office Manager & Building Manager as well as being a core member of our Operations Team.
Mandy enjoys her engagement with clients and continuing to develop her professional skills at MPS LORIA. Outside of work Mandy enjoys spending time listening to audiobooks and with her family & friends, including her two children Delilah & Zakariah.

Ariana Jansa is a Client Service Associate at MPS LORIA with over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry. She takes pride in not only meeting the expectations of clients but exceeding them. Her educational and professional background has prepared her to excel in effective communication and she is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in client services and account management. While strong communication and organization are pillars in this field, ensuring all clients’ needs are addressed in a timely manner is Ariana’s priority at MPS LORIA.
Ariana love spending time outdoors with her dog, Ellie or researching her next travel destination – a semester abroad in Chile sparked an insatiable passion for adventure.

Carol Alexander has been handling accounts payable, receivable and payroll for MPS LORIA since 1999. Additionally, Carol works with the rest of the operations team on efficiently handling client and advisor needs.
Carol resides in the south suburbs and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting and gardening.

Sharon has over 35 years experience providing public accounting and tax services. She began working with MPS LORIA in 2000 and applies her understanding of the firm’s internal processes to prepare the financial reports for internal, tax, and government compliance.
Sharon has a Masters degree from Kent State University. This training gave her the analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills so valuable in today’s businesses.
She enjoys spending time with her two sons and their wives, doing crossword puzzles, and traveling.
